Hey Jasmine - If you live in any major metropolitan area, I guarantee you that you have a delivery service that you can Google, and they will deliver straight to your door. There are two I use here in the LA area, and if you Google "psychedelics" or "mushrooms" and "delivery," I'd be shocked if you didn't find something. It's cash-on-delivery, so no one gets screwed and/or busted. Be careful about the poppy: they will toss your ass in jail for growing that, while they'll most likely turn a blind eye to psychedelics. It's also real easy to pull DMT if you know anything about basic chemistry. Mushrooms are actually a better psychedelic than acid, and you can get to places and see things that LSD will never show you. Psilocybin is almost exactly the same molecule as DMT, but it pulls you into its space more gently. But you can't play around. You have to start with 6 -7 dry grams to get to the visionary experiences, which is why most people don't get what mushrooms are all about. McKenna was right -- the problem is always taking too little.

Alas, I do not☹️ Cool. Lol. That makes sense. Ah, poppies are beautiful. My first ex's mom used to grow them. She didn't seem concerned about the law. Lol. That was in Ohio years ago though. Unsure what the law is now. Ah! That explains much🤣 I've only done them once and it wasn't great. I didn't take enough🤦‍♀️ Now I know. Thank you 😊

Last but most best: They rebuild your neural tissue and enhance plasticity. This is a fact. It will also improve your vision, your cognition, heal depression, and a recent study shows an 80% success rate in smoking cessation trials. There's dementia in my family, so I also incorporate nootropics into my diet, and mushrooms are the rolls royce of nootropics.

Get oranges and ginger and aloe vera juice. You will get nauseous for about 30 seconds or so, but these work if you take them right away, a little of each, and it is thoroughly controllable. I did 11 grams in February, twice McKenna's heroic dose, and I had no problem. As always, I gotta say, I am not legally registered to dispense advice, so you have to make up your own mind, and finding a sitter or an expert counselor may be wise if you feel unsure. But this is what worked for me. Watch Terrence McKenna's YouTube videos on how to trip, and approach it respectfully. Like I said, I wouldn't wanna do it while on SSRIs -- if you're expecting visuals and entity encounters, it won't happen. It's worthwhile, but no big bang. If you do stop SSRIs, get medical advice. I started going off Zoloft in February, and I'm almost there. This stuff is super physically addictive, as well. I say that as someone who has an addictive personality and has kicked the hardest substances. I mean, I get a runny nose, anxiety, loose stools. I always tell people the same thing: Do not touch SSRIs unless you're suicidal. Hallucinogens are not all that SSRIs blunt; they also blunt sexual experience, and there is good, hard neuroscience data showing they contribute to Alzheimer's. Also, SOOPERDOOPER IMPORTANT -- Be crazy, like Howard Hughes-level cautious about keeping the environment sterile when you get the magic bag. Wear gloves, a mask, a hairnet, and even sterilize the surface of your table. But for about 75 bucks, you'll get three grand worth of mushrooms. Then, you build your relationship.

Again - NOT medical advice. Sorry, I gotta say that. Not a doctor.

Also, I haven't heard of anyone who's OD'ed from shrooms. Acetaminophen is 1000X more toxic and will turn your liver into Swiss cheese. Sorry, I couldn't edit that other note:
