Trump Version 2.0

I plan to write more on censorship later, but I realized the assassination attempt opened the door for Genocide Joe to continue with his massive push to destroy the 1st Amendment.

I was at dinner six months ago and predicted this would happen. It didn’t surprise me at all. I already knew about the depravity of the duopoly and the deep state, and after this people are going to start to putting things together. Who did it? Maybe it was the Niki Haley faction of the conservatives, which wants to return to Republican norms: forever war and neoliberalism in service of the oligarchy. Or creepy friends of Biden and HRC in the intelligence agencies. I have no idea. But it stinks from a mile away.

People are jittery and now's the time to make sure the country doesn't swing hard right. They don’t trust anyone, they’re confused, and they are just as likely to end up in some reactionary MAGA cult as they are to move a millimeter left. The Dems will pour gasoline on this fire with some lame excuse -- they’ll probably continue spreading the "Trump did it himself" theory. As preposterous as that sounds, it worked when they blew up Nordstream II. Then they'll use this attack as a means of clamping down on "stochastic violence," as AOC calls it. They want to make it illegal to say mean things.

Between that and the Supreme Court ruling in favor of Biden's censorship apparatus, get ready to say goodbye to freedom of speech. Meanwhile, the Republicans will do some anti-woke propaganda and reap huge rewards. By refusing to run a sane and ethical human being, the Dems have delivered Donald Trump 2.0

And they will let it happen because the only thing they hate more than Trump is socialism or any form of anticapitalist political economy. They will always accept fascism before moving to the left because it does not threaten capital.
