I will openly admit I do not understand the phobia of trump nor the blind loyalty of biden/harris, which must be connected from what I have observed. Trump is awful, I agree but I refuse to lavish inhuman evil power upon him, I see him as nothing but a grifter, a snake-oil salesman you get the drift. Biden is awful, I have loathed that man ever since I watched his greasy performance in the Clarence Thomas hearings and all he has done since is prove to me that he is also a nasty grifting crook. Harris is a clown, an awful clown, she is an empty suit who will play the part of puppet/laughing cow without hesitation. So here we are. At the risk of beating a dead horse, the level of propaganda that has mesmerized a large section of americans is disturbing beyond my wildest dreams. Thank goodness there are blogs like yours for those of us who are not blinded by the shitshine.
Thanks, Jana, and thanks for your support. It means a lot, finding out that not every single person I know has lost their shit. I am shocked, also, about how uninformed people are with regard to Biden’s past, which is infinitely more racist and brutal than Trump’s. I mean, Trump is a racist creep, but he does not have Biden-level bloodshed on his hands, and Biden is outright hostile to labor. Trump doesn’t come close to Biden when you compare legislation and actual policy: racist prison bills, his student loan hustle, which was actually a gangster to move to get everyone in debt and make it illegal to decalre bankruptcy on student loans, lying us into Iraq. Oh, yeah.. and Genocide and proxy war. But killing the 1st Amendment and this massive censorship apparatus he’s created are what’s frightening me now. And they’re handing it to Trump. You can’t get through to them. Genocide Joe makes Trump look like an amateur, and the Dems don’t care. But that post is somehing I had to share. I’m still waiting for someone to say that hallucination is a reasonable epistemological tool in a political debate. That’s about where we are, anything to defeat Nosferatu. I just subribed to your page. Let me know if you’d like me to share it on Twitter, etc. And thanks again!
I prefer Biden or Harris or even a hair comb because it’s not Trump. This is not political, but more of the fact that Trump is insane. I don’t want to hear his voice again, nor do I want to think of him. The support of Israel is due that America is insane. But that has always been the case. Always will be. I’m afraid of Americans. I don’t even like Nationalism. I don’t like borders, and I don’t like political parties. Nor do I like politics. I enjoy reading you. But I don’t like religious zeal in politics and the new version of The Left is hate and anger. Anger is marketable, but it’s get tired. My own anger has its limits. I prefer Marcel Proust.
Hi Tosh - I understand your point of view. We've talked about this. I have no problem with you not seeing the world the way I do. But I really would like to see people taking apart my logic and facts – the content of the piece. I can admit I'm wrong and even make apologies and retractions if the pushback has merit. It's also fine to be vague and it's fine to have any point of view. As long as you understand that I am not advocating for Trump, but suggesting you not vote for the War Criminal OR the Celebrity Fascist. No Red – No Blue. Now I know you well enough to suspect you might say, "They're all war criminals." True enough. To which I'd reply, "That's why I never vote for any of them." 35 years now I’ve been duopoly sober. As we watch the lesser of two evils strategy deliver unto this hellscape and no one seems to mind. I thought this would wake people up. Genocide VS Trump. All I have to say is no thanks, not participating. As long as you don’t chide me for not voting for a war criminal, we will always be cool. And if you still see a reason to participate as a Democrat or Republican, that's cool too. But what I've said has merit, and if you're not seeing the cognitive dissonance that I am, I gotta wonder if you're in Japan right now. Anyway, I understand my opinion is unpopular, but when I ask for criticism, it never comes. Or I get ad hominem attacks and get straw manned. More recently it has involved outright hallucinations. Something worrisome is happening. I know because I’m not the only one experiencing it. Or writing about it.
Also I want to express that I do think voting is important, and if one wants to vote for a third party candidate, or even a joke vote, that's perfectly OK. Democracy to me means one can vote for anyone they wish. If they do it as a protest vote, or they are disgusted with something - I'm OK with that. I will vote democrat, but I will never tell someone not to vote for another party, specifically a third party candidate. Go for it! But I would also encourage for those to vote for what they believe in.
Pollitics is always subjective. It comes close to religion when one accepts a position of a political party or politician or 'so-called leaders.' I'm not an "either or" person. One can choose not to participate in the election life, or vote for whoever they want. For example, if Trump wins the election I will accept that. And I would also accept that Americans who voted for this "Nazi" is totally OK with that. But I will not be having my meals with these people. Which means, I would have trouble with the concept of America in the 21st Century. But then again, America has always had a dark past. It goes with the territory. Genocide VS Trump? Which means Trump is not Genocide? The phrase "Genocide VS. Trump makes it sound like Trump is the logical choice for goodness and no one getting killed. American culture is a beautiful thing, but it is equally a vile and ugly culture. Like Robert Mitchum with the "Good" and "Evil" tattoed on his knuckles. They go together like mustard on an American Hot Dog. History is a detailed and crazy narrative. And in spirit, all of us living in America is part of the Native American's loss of property and ownership. The dark side is that we have to deal with that Karma, or thought. And I can live through all of this. It is just a rocky road with many dips and bends.
Again, I think you're confused about my message. Why are we talking about Trump? I am not saying to vote for Trump and I have done MORE in the Trump resistance than all of these crazies who tell me I'm suggesting people vote for Trump. I have to repeat it every time and it's truly exasperating. Where does that hallucination come from? Don't reframe this as being about Trump. It's not. It's about a refusal to participate in the duopoly. I would be saying the same thing if it were Ted Cruz or Marco Rubio or any other shitheel Republican. Or any other Democrat, for that matter. The reason I don't focus on Trump is because the people I'm speaking to and targeting -- liberals who may be ready to say goodbye to the Democratic Party -- don't need convincing about Trump. You get all Trump all-day on cable, in WAPO and the NYT. If you want to participate by voting major party, that's your choice. Hey - maybe you're right! Be my guest. But I have ZERO idea why you keep bringing up Trump when I have it crystal clear he is a "racist celebrity blowhard who could even make things worse and continue with genocide." Direct quote. I have said similar things multiple times. Look at the meme I made on the bottom of this post?. Where exactly do you see an endorsement of Trump ??? To think that meme is in any way an endorsement of Trump is illogical, and motivated by something other than reason or the content of my post. If I were suggesting that you vote for Trump, I would understand. But honestly, I have no idea why you bring him up. "Trump vs Genocide" is to emphasize how horrible BOTH choices are. Not to make Trump seem better. But your mind goes there instantly because of constant propaganda and incessant ideological messaging everyone gets. "If he won't vote for Harris he's a closet Trumper..." It's insane. I mean you've read Debord, Lefebvre. You know how this works. But when it comes to politics, people get emotional and read into things a content that is not there. Period. They forget everything they've learned about critical reading. They react without thinking. None of my other followers saw this as a Trump endorsement. There is not a single post where I have not reiterated that a vote for Trump is just as bad. You can knee-jerk this and say I'm not fair, but it's the truth. I have never, in any way, even slightly suggested that Trump would be an option. I say the opposite, and you decide I don't mean it. I mean...?
@Tosh ... They react without thinking. None of my other followers saw this as a Trump endorsement. There is not a single post where I have not reiterated that a vote for Trump is just as bad. If Trump is involved, he sucks up the energy in the room/Country. In all honesty I'm only voting to eliminate the presence of Trump from my life. That, is all I care about. If he wins, then it will be more Trump. I'll accept his victory, but it will not be good for my mental health. it's not only his politics which I dislike, but his voice, hair, the way he wears his tie - it is too horrific for me. And I think for a lot of Americans, they feel the way I do - but saying that the greater majority maybe people who don't know how to wear a proper necktie. In all honesty, I'm a snob.
And tragically, this election is about Trump. He is the only subject matter that matters (to him, of course). I'm not sure how the political parties will be in twenty years, or if there is even an America at that time. Politics always reflect on the darker side of humans. They can't help it, it is in their character. And at this time, I'm still hearing anger/emotion, but no ideas how this can be a better world. Biden is not the problem/Harris is not the problem, but the system itself. So how do you change that to make it better for its citizens?
You really don't see the irony in any this? Listen, I've been trying to share ideas. All the time. I've shared posts about solutions and I'm sure you've seen them, and you never say, "Hey Paul, good idea, can you tell me more?" I have ideas for reforming the Electoral College and dismantling the two-party system, using a super PAC as a non-partisan endorsement machine to get around the ballot line, instituting Medicare for all, and having a jury duty-like congress where everyone serves. I think you need to write about Trump because there was nothing here to prompt ANY comment about me supporting Trump. In fact, I tore Trump to shreds in that meme and I have begged people to not vote Republican or Democrat, Trump or Harris. But never say that I’m presenting Trump in a better light or endorsing Trump. It’s not just wrong, it’s insane, backwards, and actually libel, for chrissakes. Just don’t do it again, please. Please don’t do it anymore. I’ve asked before, so no more Trump insinuations, and write a piece about him. I think you need to.
No, I never seen your solutions, or I may have missed them. If so, send me (or us) the links to your writing about above. And I’m not argumentative about these things. And I’m just stating why I’m voting, and not presuming everyone else doing the same. Which is ok.

Totally agree! That's why I am telling people to not vote at all if they don't want to vote 3rd party.
